LCFCU Renovation FAQ

We’re investing in our space to create a more welcoming, efficient, and modern experience for our members. While construction is in progress, there may be some temporary changes. The FAQs below are here to help make your experience as smooth as possible:

Why are we renovating?

We’re renovating to enhance your experience, improve accessibility and efficiency, and build a better space for the future.

When will the renovation take place?

Renovation will begin in the Spring. Timelines may adjust as construction progresses, and updates will be shared regularly.

Will the credit union remain open?

Yes. We will remain open during renovation, but at a different location in Lisbon.  We will be located at 2 Bisbee Street in Lisbon, above Two Rivers Dentistry, which is just down the road from our current location.

Will building access change?

Yes.  We’ll have clear signage at 2 Bisbee Street and our team will help guide you as needed.

Is the Lisbon drive-through available?

The Lisbon drive-through will be unavailable during renovation. Please use:

  • Lewiston Branch Drive-Through: Drive Through opens at 8:30am and Lobby area opens at 9:00am.

  • Digital options: online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit, debit/credit cards, and ATMs (Will ATM in Lisbon still be open?)

Are safe deposit boxes affected?

Safe deposit boxes remain secure. Access may be limited during certain phases of construction, and we will maintain an appointment schedule for Member access to boxes.

Will Lisbon hours change?

Our Lisbon Office hours will be changing: Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9am to 12 Noon unless otherwise communicated.

How will I receive renovation updates?

We’ll post updates on our website, social media, send emails, and share information in our offices.  Our renovation news online link is:  LisbonCU.org/renovation
